Why did you decide that your gp-days are over now? Perhaps some new
piggers could even help you cope with the loss of Monster and Beer...

Take care!

Michel

So sorry to hear of your loss. I know it hurts but you have your memories
and no one can take them away from you.

I totally understand.

In fact, I went through the same experience. Throughout my life I've had
several pets, and about 5 years ago I went through a similar period in
my life. I simply was afraid that the hurt would become too much when my
new pet would die (even after a full and long life).
And yes, it did happen again when about 2 years ago one of my most
beloved piggies died after a long time of taking care of it. Still, my
wife and I went to the shelter the next day (still in tears over the
loss) to find a new companion the the pig that was left behind.

Take that vacation - it will do you good!

Michel

Hi Verger
So sorry to hear of your loss. I know exactly what you mean about the
trauma of losing these gorgeous little creatures and experiencing it
so deeply. It's almost a year since I Iost mine and I can't bring
myself to replace them. There is a saying: 'it's better to have loved
and lost, than to have never loved at all'. Time is a great healer and
you will eventually find it in your heart to have some more piggies.
All the best
Heather
